Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile home decor and textiles are properly protected to avoid damage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
